Lead the charge in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing high-quality solutions focusing on event visibility, digital work instructions, error proofing, and machine data collection, alongside other operational systems crucial to manufacturing excellence. End-to-End Ownership:
From software development and testing to the development of comprehensive project and user documentation, you'll oversee every aspect of the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless implementation and ongoing support. Driving Efficiency:
Identify opportunities to optimize operational efficiency across our business, proposing innovative solutions that propel us towards excellence. Empowering Teams:
Your work will empower our shop floor teams by delivering the right information at the right time, revolutionizing our manufacturing processes. Experience and Skills:
Seasoned Professional:
Bring your 5
years of experience, including internships, in manufacturing engineering, software engineering, or software development to the table. Experience in Lean Manufacturing environments is a definite plus. Technical Proficiency:
Demonstrate your prowess in software development and project delivery, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience. Whether you're fluent in SQL, Python, Java, C#, or Visual Basic, your technical expertise will drive our success. Analytical Mindset:
Approach challenges with a proven analytical approach and exhibit high-level organizational skills to ensure smooth project execution. Effective Communication:
Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills are crucial in this role. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be instrumental in delivering impactful solutions. Educational Background:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
