Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain equipment to company standards- Troubleshoot equipment performance issues- Complete scheduled work orders and preventive maintenance inspections- Install, repair, and maintain electrical equipment- Implement continuous improvement on equipment and system design- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesLeadership:
- Support project planning and execution- Coordinate with other line technicians and maintain good working relationships- Train other associates in area of responsibility- Optimize product/material sequencing to minimize changeover time- Maintain assigned line(s) equipment and react to machinery breakdowns as directed.
