Human Resources Representative
DescriptionWhat you will do as a HR Representative:
Coordinate the recruiting processes for hiring of direct labor and temporary Team members
Support and assist in processes of the Team member life cycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, career development, and exits
Maintain ongoing relationships with new team members to assist in transition to successful team members and continually evaluate onboarding practices
Address all Team member questions and concerns providing guidance on Musco HR policies and procedures and follow through to resolution
Supports managers when dealing with Team member relations, coaching and counseling.
Work closely to review Team member relations concerns and provide guidance for conducting counseling and disciplinary sessions.
Assist in the drafting of disciplinary documents
Assist in coordinating outreach activities with education and community partners in line with strategic talent needs and employment branding efforts
Research and benchmark employment regulations and best practices to ensure legal compliance and support of Team culture
Assist in gathering and analyzing data for HR metrics
Participate in and support various HR activities and special projects as necessary
Other duties as assignedWhat you need to be successful:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources and 5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is preferred
Strong data analysis and presentation skills
Able to work independently and manage details
Strong Microsoft Office and HRIS skills
Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects
Strong oral, written and phone communication skills
Enjoy working with a variety of people at all levels of the organization
