A successful candidate will assist medical practitioners with patients and support staff with administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude and an ability to multitask effectively as well as strong communication skills.
Customer service and office experience is a plus but not necessary.
On the job trianing will be provided to the right candidate.
This role is for both front desk reception and back medical assistant.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support.
Greet patients and physicians.
Assist the physician with procedure set ups Room patients and clean up following treatment schedule patients and check insurance file charts Job Types:
