Minimum
Required Qualifications for the Position:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field of experience.
OR
Experience: 3
Years of experience in a manufacturing plant environment or logistics/traffic environment.
Competencies/Skills
Strong attention to detail
Agility and flexibility required to meet changing schedules and business requirements
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Demonstrated ability to drive results and lead through influence
Demonstrated strong verbal communication skills.
Troubleshooting / Problem solving skills
Initiative and dependability
Experience in SAPand Excel
Demonstrated knowledge of basic supply chain management and logistics concepts.
Ideal Candidate Will Also Possess:
An understanding of product formulations and customer needs
Ability to develop strong relationships and networks
An understanding of DOT classifications to ensure the correct shipment of products
Good interpersonal skills
Description of Specific Work Conditions and Physical Requirements:
The majority of work conditions consist of office work with some intervals of walking outdoors from the office to production areas. Employee must be able to ascend and descend stairs. This position also requires the ability to work a full eight hour day within the flexible schedule of 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.
